As a way of accumulating extra short term income towards the New Skatepark fund, Ukskate are Now offering a 5 year Membership Option for Just £50 ! (Saving £25 on Membership fees plus all the usual membership benefits as below)

We will also guarantee that IF for some reason the new skatepark is not built by 2013, you will be refunded the final 2 years of this 5 year membership (ie £20). You may purchase the membership as soon as you like and it will commence from the end of your current Membership expiry date if you're already a member.
By Buying this Extended length Membership you will be doing your part towards helping Ukskate build a New Park to replace the current one in 2013

Why The increase ?
For those who are interested in why we have to increase the prices, become stricter on the length of time Park users pay for and insist on checking memberships, please read on….

Ukskate has a Lease until early 2013 on this skate park premises. We’re informed that it’s highly unlikely that the lease will be renewed at the end of this period.

This means that we have to start planning on building a brand new state of the art indoor skate park in the Stockport area in time for when the lease ends here. We will need to raise enough funds in the next 12-18 months to enable us to have a substantial deposit for a Commercial Mortgage and then obtain Match Funding from Charitable funds such as National Lottery and other available funds to top up the amount required to go ahead with such a project.

The increase announced above and the new Minimum 2 hour payment for non-members weekdays and ALL skate park users at the weekend will contribute significantly to the need to raise the required funds. We are aware that a significant number of park users persist in paying for 1hour and staying for many more ! We will no longer tolerate such abuses which includes those “claiming” to be members when they’re not and others who simply waltz in without paying as if they own the place !! ALL park users whether well known, regular or not will now be asked to show membership. If you’ve genuinely lost or forgot it, we will look it up on the database and if you’re not there, you will have to pay Non-member’s Prices.

A £5 pound deposit is asked for items rented.

Helmets size xs to xl £2 for up to 3 hours

3 Pad Set £1 for up to 3 hours

Wrist Guards £1 for up to 3 hours

Hire our Skatepark

Available for hire 9pm to Midnight Monday to Thursday, 10pm to 1am Fri & Sat and 8pm to 11pm Sundays.
NOW, you can also hire the skatepark Mon-Fri 10am to 1pm (except school holidays), which is ideal for those on a day off from Work, college or even school (teacher training days etc)
Price for the 3 hour session is £100 for upto 10 people, then an extra £5 for each extra person. For larger groups, speak to Steve to negotiate a price. Tel 01612485566 to check availability and make a booking (£20 deposit required)
